Unfortunately we are not able to offer a white lable version of Warm Welcome.

This means you are able to use our "team" functionality to invite as many people as you would like to have access to your account. Keep in mind every person you invite is operating as you inside of your account.

Yes, we recently added this as a native recording option so when you start a new recording you can choose to select your camera or record your screen. All this happens right in the browser and their is no need for a Chrome Extension.

We love feedback and we always consider and often build features suggested by users but we do not have a public roadmap. We have found that this usually sets unrealistic expectations and often leads to frustrations when priorities change so we do not plan to add one.

This extension isn't needed anymore and has been discontinued. Now you can simply copy/paste the embed code from the Video Bubble widget to any page on your website and the Video Bubble will appear on that page. You no longer need to add the embed code to the "Head Tag" which is what the wordpress extension was helpful for.

You bet! There is a mobile app for Apple and for Android.

With these apps we use the native camera functionality so keep in mind if you are recording in a propriety format or in a format that captures very large file sizes you may have trouble uploading.

For best results we suggest using going into your phone's camera settings and switching to "most compatiable" mode at 30 FPS and keeping your mobile recordings to a few minutes.

The idea of a SaaS business model is that customer pay continually and get services like customer support, training and updates as long as they are paying. 

Warm Welcome is a full featured product that has been running for over five years. It's not a single feature proof of concept like many new products.

During an AppSumo promotion hundreds of thousands of people are introduced to the product at one time and they often ask a lot of questions that are already answered in this FAQ or in our help section. Our request is  that in exchange for a huge discount on the product LTD customers use the resources we've provided because there is no way we can personally teach and train every potentinal customer and we see that as outside the scope of the services we offer.
